San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Francisco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ollei is a fantastic neighborhood find that brings a warm, welcoming vibe and top tier Korean comfort food to the bustling Russian Hill area. The atmosphere is cozy and character filled, making it a perfect spot for everything from a casual dinner to a late night craving. The service is consistently praised for being friendly and attentive, with thoughtful touches like hand drawn happy faces on takeout orders that show they truly care about their guests. The menu is packed with standouts: the Army Stew (Budae Jjigae) and Seafood Pancakes are absolute must orders for their rich flavors and generous portions, while the Soft Tofu Soup and Bulgogi consistently hit the mark for quality and authenticity. Don't miss the Ollei Chicken Wings perfectly crunchy and available with a delicious soy garlic or spicy glaze or the inventive Creamy Ttok & Pasta for a unique fusion twist. Whether you're diving into a hearty bowl of Beef Ramen or sharing a plate of Corn Cheese with friends, Ollei delivers a satisfying, 5-star experience that feels like a warm hug in every bite.

This place is my go-to spot whenever my sister stops by my work since it’s so close to the area. The service was pretty good, and the portions were generous, each order could easily be shared by two people. Since my sister and I like trying different dishes, we decided to order three items. First, we got the Soy Garlic Ollei Chicken Wings. They were flavorful, crispy, and perfectly coated with sauce. Next was the Beef Bibimbap. The beef was well-marinated, and it came with a good amount of veggies and rice, making it a really satisfying and well-balanced dish. Lastly and definitely the star of our lunch was the Creamy Ttok & Pasta. We originally expected something like a regular creamy carbonara, but we were pleasantly surprised! It was incredibly creamy with a nice kick of spice without being too overwhelming, and it had a delicious drizzle of bacon on top that made it even better! I would absolutely order the Creamy Ttok & Pasta again, and honestly, I’d recommend trying all three dishes. Everything we had was delicious!

December 2025 Informal and casual Korean restaurant in general downtown area. Food is standard with a bit of authenticity lacking as flavors are there but ingredients are just average. Meat is less tender than traditional and appetizers can be improved. Service is standard and efficient. Place is a bit aged. All in all a good option if you need a quick Korean meal.

My favorite Korean restaurant. The soft tofu soup is fabulous. The bibimbap is great too. The truffle fries are delicious and a very healthy portion but it will fill up up so to leave room for your dinner, share it with others. The service is friendly and efficient The restaurant is small and cozy. K Pop videos are projected on a wall. No steps so accessable

This was genuinely surprising. I loved this place. Its nonchalant on the street but when you stumble into the gem, you won't regret it. I tried everything. The kimchi pancake was moist and not too sour, the rice balls were salty and oily goodness, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The spices on all the food was very unique and you feel like you can taste Korea with every bite. 9.0/10 Pro Tip: go with a friend and get as much variety as you can. There is too much to try in just one go. Oh and they give you little appetizers at the start of your meal.
